1 Early to bed, early to rise: The most famous saying but yet so hard to be implied, in the world of technology people often find it hard to sleep early in the night. 4 Save water but not with the excuse of not taking bath: A morning bath is like a morning ritual for your body which cleans all the negativity (odor) and brings a lot of positivity (good fragrance). Before skipping a bath for a day, just think about the amount of negativity you will have to carry around the whole day.

6 Take a break and relax: I am not asking you to take a break and have a Kit-Kat or maybe you can. Taking a break and relaxing is not a sign of laziness, at times it works more as a booster. Next time when you are stuck with doing something not right, then take a short break and let yourself just breathe.
7 Avoid late night coffee: I will never ask you to be anti-caffeine because even I am in love that for years now but changing the time to intake caffeine can surely be changed. If you want to have a good night sleep at night make sure that you don’t drink coffee at least for few hours before you sleep or else even if you sleep your mind will still be awake leading to the morning laziness as that will be the time when your brain wants to sleep.
8 Enjoy sex with protection: It is scientifically proven that sex is good for your health but it is only good till the time you use protection.
